Are services available now?
We are preparing our services and welcoming expressions of interest. We will confirm availability and suitability before making any service arrangements.
Can I enquire for a family member?
Yes. We can discuss general information with you. Before discussing their personal information or arranging support, we will confirm their consent or your authority to act on their behalf.
Can support be paid for through an NDIS plan?
Funding arrangements will be discussed before services are agreed. Suitability depends on the support required, your plan and the arrangements CertaHaven is able to offer.
