This pre-launch website provides information about CertaHaven’s planned services. It currently has no enquiry, referral or complaint submission forms and no participant account system.
Website delivery
The website hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. This website does not intentionally include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may contact that service to retrieve font files, sharing technical request information.
Before personal information is collected
A service privacy policy and form-specific collection notices will be provided before online intake opens. They will explain the information collected, its purposes, relevant sharing and storage arrangements, access and correction, and how to raise a privacy complaint.
Protecting sensitive information
Please do not share health records or identity documents through an unconfirmed contact channel. We will explain the agreed process when information is required.

The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner provides information about privacy rights and complaints. For Victorian health information matters, information is also available from the Health Complaints Commissioner.
