A participant-led referral process
- Confirm the participant’s consent or your authority to make the enquiry.
- Discuss broad support needs, location and proposed timing.
- Confirm suitability and availability with CertaHaven.
- Arrange any necessary assessment and agree the next steps with the participant.
Information for an initial conversation
