Tell us what matters to you
Your routines, goals and preferences will guide our conversations. Tell us how you like to communicate and whether you would like someone you trust involved.
Making decisions together
Before services begin, we will explain the proposed support, costs and service agreement. You can ask questions and take time to consider your options.
Involving family and representatives
We can involve family members, representatives or other support people with your consent or appropriate lawful authority. We will confirm who you want involved and what information may be shared.
Your rights
- To be treated with dignity and respect.
- To have your choices, communication needs and cultural preferences considered.
- To receive clear information about proposed support and costs.
- To understand how your information is handled.
- To seek help from an advocate and raise concerns without retaliation.
Changing your support
We will discuss how you can request changes, review arrangements or end services under your agreement. Worker availability and any changes to visits will be communicated.
Questions about NDIS funding
We will confirm the management types and services we can accept before any support is agreed. Please do not assume a service is available or funded until those arrangements are confirmed.
